Cummins Seafoods offers wholesale seafood delivery services throughout Sydney and across much of NSW six days a week. Our Safe Foods certified vehicles are specially designed to ensure that your fresh and frozen products arrive from our premises to yours in pristine condition.
Appellation Oysters
Appellation Oysters is a premium grading program, designed for the identification and selection of the best quality oysters available on any given day. By selecting and grading our oysters from the 60+ farms in the Australia’s Oyster Coast (AOC) family, only the most beautiful oysters will be awarded Appellation status on that particular day. The harvested oysters are carefully washed, packed in sealed boxes with a copy of the estuary tasting notes and marked with their estuary of origin, to guarantee authenticity. Not only are the oysters graded for size, consistency and shape but they are also judged for their flavour and texture.

Australia’s Oyster Coast is unique with three varieties of premium oysters, including the Rock oyster, the rare Angasi ‘flat oyster’ and the popular Pacific oyster. These oysters are grown under rigorous environmental management systems in some of the world’s cleanest waters. Australia’s Oyster Coast place a particular emphasis on the native Rock Oyster, which is fast becoming favoured by foodies due to it’s complex flavour profile and wide ranging seasonality.
